Currently, All American is looking for a facility service coordinator to join its Facility Service Coordinator Team. We are a general contracting firm who has been taking the field of facilities maintenance to new heights since 1975.
The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. The work is primarily performed in a typical office environment. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.For the most part ambient room temperatures, lighting and traditional office equipment as found in a typical office environment.
The Facility Service Coordinator is a part of a team of highly trained individuals with an exceptional customer service attitude and skills. The Facility Service Coordinator receives work orders from national, regional, and local Clients requesting repairs to existing buildings & facilities and then are responsible for managing the work through the life of the job by utilizing the best software in the industry and dispatching our self-performance technicians and vendor partner network.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage and grow assigned accounts through service delivery and build rapport with clients.
Manage service work orders through daily monitoring of open PO reports.
Prepare service work orders and purchase orders, as well as Client reports as needed.
Communicate and update work orders and clients daily via email, phone, and Client work order websites.
Review vendor invoices for accuracy and approve for payments.
Prepare completed work folders for billing.
Manage the relationship with the subcontractor in a friendly but firm manner and negotiate pricing when necessary.
Other duties as assigned by the Service Manager & Office Manager
Qualifications and Experience:

High School Diploma or GED
Extreme attention to detail, and organizational skills.
A consultative, value-added sales approach.
Discipline and energy to maintain consistently high levels of activity.
Knowledge of retail, financial, healthcare, restaurants, and government facilities.
A working knowledge of business processes, profit and loss, market strategy, and financial terms.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
Strong MS Office with emphasis in Excel, Ariba, SAP, Maximo, Service Channel, SamPro and extensive internet experience, contact and sales process management.
Excellent communication skills -- verbal and written.
The ability to use a telephone, computer based tools and develop presentations to drive business.
A commitment to customer support and the ability to maintain and develop productive business relationships.
Ability and willingness to be accessible and available during all hours and be on-call on a rotating basis.
Ability to multi-task on a daily basis in a fast paced environment.
Other Skills and Abilities:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedural documents
Ability to present information and respond to questions from customers, clients, managers, co-workers, and vendors/subcontractors
High School Diploma or GED

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit for extended periods of time and use hands to operate computer keyboard and telephone.
The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms.

This position requires no travel.
This position schedule is variable and will participate on a rotating on-call basis.
